Yesterday, I had a pleasure working with Mrs. N at Apley Capital, tax services. I was referred by a colleague of mine who previously worked with her at another establishment. I was greeted promptly by the secretary and offered coffee and water. I had a basic return, but lots of questions. She helped me set up a payment plan and completed a new W4 form for my employer on the spot. I also forgot to bring a form with me, however I did not have to make an additional appointment to come back because I was able to upload the form online I needed to continue filing my return. This place exceeded my expectations.
